I build websites for businesses that, until now, made do with whatever they could: an Instagram profile, a WhatsApp number and little else.

I study Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at UADE, and I apply that same logic to web design: it's not enough for a page to look good, it has to be measurable and improvable with real data.

I have previous experience in a company's administrative area, so I understand how a business runs from the other side of the counter: timing, costs, and what it actually needs solved. That's why our first conversation happens in plain language, not tech jargon.

I take on few projects at a time, so every site gets real attention. Before starting we agree on the scope in writing: what sections it has, what's included, and when it's due.

How much does it cost?
The build starts at USD 180, one-time (launch pricing). To keep the site online you add a monthly fee starting at USD 25/mo. The exact number depends on what you need: see the full breakdown on plans and pricing, or message me directly and I'll quote your case.
How long does it take to build and deliver the site?
A single-section page is usually ready in 1 to 2 weeks. A site with several sections takes 2 to 4 weeks. The clock starts once I have your text and photos: that's usually the slowest part, so I give you a clear list of what I need from day one. Before starting I confirm a specific delivery date, and if anything runs late I let you know, you never find out through silence.
What are the benefits of building my site with you?
You work directly with the person who designs and codes your site, no generic templates, and the domain is registered under your business name: you're never locked into me or any other provider. It works well on mobile, where most of your traffic comes from, and with the monthly maintenance plan you don't have to deal with hosting, renewals or backups — that's on me.
What features and specifications can I customize?
Practically everything you see and how it's arranged. Identity: colors, typography, logo and overall style. Structure: which sections it has and in what order: home, services, gallery, about, contact, FAQ. Content: text, photos, prices or catalog. Contact: WhatsApp button, form, direct phone number, map, social links and hours. If you want something not on this list, just ask: if it can be done, I'll tell you how, and if it's not a good idea, I'll tell you that too.
Do I have to handle the domain and hosting myself?
No — the domain and hosting are included in the monthly maintenance plan and that's on me, though the domain is registered under your name, not mine. You don't have to sign up for anything yourself or remember to renew anything, and if you ever want to take the site elsewhere, you can, no permission needed from me. That includes backups, updates, text and photo changes, and support when something breaks.
Does it include SEO?
Yes, every site ships with basic SEO set up: metadata, correct heading structure, sitemap and speed optimization, so Google can find you. A more advanced SEO strategy (content, keyword ranking) is quoted separately.
Can I modify my site after it's published?
Yes. The maintenance plan includes up to 2 change requests per month (text, photos, prices). For anything bigger, like a new section, I'll quote it separately.
